TEKANAN BELAJAR DAN TINGKAT STRES PADA SISWA SMA DI ACEH SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan perubahan drastis dalam pola pembelajaran, termasuk penerapan pembelajaran daring pada siswa SMA. Kondisi ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti kesulitan memahami materi, beban tugas yang meningkat, keterbatasan akses dan kualitas jaringan internet, serta hambatan teknis lainnya. Situasi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan belajar yang dapat memicu munculnya stres pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tekanan belajar dengan tingkat stres siswa SMA selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di Aceh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa SMA di Aceh, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling sehingga diperoleh 47 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat tekanan belajar dan tingkat stres selama proses pembelajaran daring. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara tekanan belajar dengan tingkat stres siswa selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya upaya promotif dan preventif dalam menjaga kesehatan mental siswa, termasuk strategi pengelolaan beban akademik yang lebih adaptif serta peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menghadapi tekanan pembelajaran pada kondisi krisis.
