INSTRUMEN PENGUKURAN LITERASI KESEHATAN DIGITAL DI INDONESIA: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS

Literasi kesehatan digital berperan penting dalam memungkinkan individu mengakses, memahami, dan memanfaatkan informasi kesehatan daring secara efektif. Namun, ketersediaan serta karakteristik instrumen tervalidasi untuk mengukur literasi kesehatan digital dalam konteks Indonesia masih terbatas. Hingga saat ini, belum terdapat penelitian yang secara sistematis mensintesis instrumen pengukuran literasi kesehatan digital yang telah divalidasi untuk populasi Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis literatur mengenai instrumen pengukuran literasi kesehatan digital yang diadaptasi maupun dikembangkan untuk populasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan sistematis dengan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dilakukan secara komprehensif pada basis data PubMed, Scopus, dan Google Scholar. Studi yang diikutsertakan meliputi penelitian validasi kuantitatif maupun kualitatif yang dipublikasikan dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris serta mengkaji instrumen literasi kesehatan digital pada populasi Indonesia. Seleksi artikel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan, kemudian data terkait karakteristik instrumen, validitas, dan reliabilitas diekstraksi dan dianalisis. Sebanyak empat studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dimasukkan dalam analisis akhir. Hasil tinjauan mengidentifikasi dua instrumen utama, yaitu versi adaptasi eHealth Literacy Scale (eHEALS) dan Digital Health Literacy Competency for Citizen (DHLC), yang menunjukkan reliabilitas dan validitas yang memadai. Tinjauan ini memiliki keterbatasan pada jumlah studi yang terbatas (n=4). Penelitian selanjutnya perlu melakukan validasi pada populasi dan setting yang lebih beragam untuk memperkuat penerapan instrumen serta mendukung kajian hubungan literasi kesehatan digital dengan luaran kesehatan dan intervensi kesehatan digital di Indonesia.
